  1. Objective: Prepare Gen Z college graduates with the practical, interpersonal, and digital skills needed to succeed in corporate environments through structured training programs that emphasize real-world applications.
  2. Target Audience: Final-year college students, recent graduates, and entry-level professionals in India who aspire to join multinational corporations, startups, or established businesses across sectors.
  3. Skill Development Programs: Develop training modules in three primary skill areas:
  4. Technical Skills: Tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, data analysis using Excel or Power BI, CRM basics (e.g., Salesforce), and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
  5. Soft Skills: Communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, and cultural adaptability for diverse teams.
  6. Digital Literacy: digital marketing, social media management, understanding AI-driven tools.
  7. Career Readiness Curriculum: Create a standardized curriculum covering key corporate skills:
  8. Business Communication: Training on effective email writing, presentations, report writing, and professional etiquette.
  9. Time & Task Management: Strategies for personal organization, prioritization, deadline management, and productivity tools like Notion, Evernote, or Todoist.
